FARIBA

Brings over 20 years of experience doing family hair. Her gentle nature, experience with kids, and precision cuts give her a perfect combination of skills. She is thrilled to have taken new ownership of Purple Monkey Hair in 2017 after having been a team stylist at the salon. Fariba has two children and makes her home in Corte Madera. She is fluent is Farsi.

KRISTIN

attended the University of Minnesota and is a graduate of the original AVEDA institute in Minneapolis. She has over 15 years of experience doing hair of all ages, and has been doing children’s hair in Marin for the last 6 years. Her love of working with children and families, prior experience teaching pre-k, and wide range of salon experience make her the perfect addition to the stylist team.

I have worked as a barber for 30 years. Here in San Francisco for 20…. Born in Santa Clara, California
I have two children. Lived in Oklahoma, Boston and Arizona. California is where I call home. I owned my own shop for 7 years in San Francisco. Love being around children and working in Tiburon
