SICK POLICY:
We understand that some children who come in for hair services have developmental challenges, So please communicate this to us so we can make any necessary accommodations. If your child can sit well on their own, it is best if parents and siblings wait outside to reduce capacity in the salon. If your child needs you nearby, needs a lap or a hand to hold, then rest assured this will be just fine, and we will all work together to make it a great experience. If your child has a cold, or has signs of any mild illness, please keep your child home and reschedule.

CANCELATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call within a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If you don’t show up for an appointment, or you don’t give sufficient notification to cancel an appointment, you’ll be charged 50% of the service. However, exceptions will be made, particularly if you have an early morning appointment and your child wakes up and is sick or not feeling well. If your child is not feeling well enough to go school or camp or is sent home from school or camp, please keep them home to rest. We no longer have a full-time receptionist, so it is best to book appointments online at purplemonkeyhair.com. You may still call us at 415-757-5246, but please be patient as it may take us a little bit longer to return phone calls.
