- Without calling to cancel the appointment there is a no-show 50% charge
- We require a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment or rescheduling
- We may require a credit card information to hold an appointment.
- Please note that we book appointments back to back. If you arrive more than fifteen minutes late we may need to reschedule.
- We will do our best to accomodate while also respecting other families who arrive on time.
- Please respect our staff and other families and do not bring a child who is ill to the salon.
We have more flexibility to maneuver schedules in the salon vs online, so if there is something you need always give us a call!
